National Knitting Evening, shot in 2013, follows a group of Norwegians trying to break the record for producing a sweater – from shearing a sheep to the final stitches. It is being shown as part of Netflix’s Slow TV month.

Slow TV is a cultural phenomenon that has attracted millions of viewers in countries like Norway. It is seen as a way to wind down, and lets you watch hours of unedited footage. So if you would like to watch hours of footage of people knitting, this is definitely for you.

If you are not a subscriber of the streaming channel then you can sign up for a free month’s trial.
